- Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
- Smoking is prohibited on our boat.
- Drinking in the United States begins at the age of 21. In addition, you cannot participate in snorkeling after drinking alcohol.
- [Please note] Alcohol is not allowed on the following three day weekends, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
- [ Cancellation ]
- Any cancellations made after 2 months prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount. Any cancellations made after 1 months prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
- [Late to meet place] If you do not make it at the meeting place on time, you will not be able to participate in the tour and 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

- Always remember to keep your distance and respect our marine life; Hawaii's honu, along with several other marine wildlife, are a protected species.
- The tour might be cancelled due to weather and other conditions on the day.
