• Restrictions

  • Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
  • Smoking is prohibited on our boat.
  • Drinking in the United States begins at the age of 21. In addition, you cannot participate in snorkeling after drinking alcohol.

  • [ Cancellation ] Until 2 days before departure at 12:00 PM: 0% cancellation fee / After 2 days before departure at 12:00 PM: 100% cancellation fee
  • [ Cancellation (9 guest +) ] 2 weeks before departure : 50% cancellation fee / 1 week before departure : 100% cancellation fee
  • [Late to meet place] If you do not make it at the meeting place on time, you will not be able to participate in the tour and 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

• Additional Info

  • Always remember to keep your distance and respect our marine life; Hawaii's honu, along with several other marine wildlife, are a protected species.
  • The tour and snorkeling might be cancelled due to weather and other conditions on the day.
  • If the number of participants is less than the minimum number (5 guests), the tour may be canceled. If we decide to cancel, we will contact you at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Guests are required to remove their shoes and socks on board.
